Bricqer offers data exports for your inventory and order data. Additionally, you can use the API to export even more data. In this guide, we'll show you where you can request various exports of your data.
Exporting inventory data is easy. To export your inventory, start out by navigating to the inventory section. Now, click on Tools, and select Export inventory. You can now choose from multiple file formats for your download.

You can download a consolidated or an unconsolidated inventory file. When you choose to download a consolidated inventory file, it will list a single entry for each lot (a unique product) in your inventory. If the product is located at multiple locations, then those locations will be concatenated in the export. The average purchase price for each lot will be exported.
When you choose to download an unconsolidated inventory file, Bricqer export each individual batch-item. This means that items with multiple locations, will have multiple rows. Items that have been added in multiple purchases or batches, will also have multiple rows; each with their respective purchase price, purchase ID and purchase contact details. This export type is especially useful for calculating statistics based on raw data.
Bricqer also provides various export options for your order data. Start out by navigating to the orders section. By accessing the Tools menu and selecting Download Documents, you can export your invoices and shipping labels. You can choose the desired export period and filter the type of documents you want to download.
If you want to export order information, such as financials, you can access the Tools menu and select Export data. This allows you to choose a specific period, quarter, or to select a custom date range with the date selector. You can download your order data in different file formats, including CSV and Excel. Moreover, Bricqer offers support for various bookkeeping programs, enabling seamless integration with your existing financial tools.
For exporting additional information or accessing data programmatically, Bricqer provides an API. Through our API, you can retrieve all data within Bricqer.
