Is my store suitable for Bricqer?
Bricqer is aimed at LEGO® sellers that are ready to expand and optimize their business.
Switching to Bricqer will help you save time in every aspect of your business. From adding new inventory, to picking orders, to packing and shipping them. By saving time, you get to focus on the things that differentiate your business from others, ultimately enabling you to grow your business.
How does the sign-up process work?
After submitting your sign-up, one of our team members will contact you to schedule the set up of your Bricqer account.
As part of the registration process, we will help you gather any necessary information, such as your API keys. We'll check that your inventory is suitable for Bricqer and then schedule a date and time to transition your store.
How do I install Bricqer?
Bricqer is ever-evolving software running in the cloud. You will receive a link to your personalized Bricqer environment, which you can use on your phone, tablet and computer. You don't have to install any additional software or apps.
Can I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account every month. We'll send you instructions on how to export your data, such as your inventory, orders, invoices, shipment details and more. After 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted.
How am I billed?
We send out our invoices on the 7th of the month. We charge a 3,5% commission, solely on the items you have sold, with a minimum of 50 USD or 50 EUR per month.

Note: We do not charge a fee for cancelled orders, over-sold items or additional fees you charge your customers (such as handling fees and shipping costs).
